A: We give a fixed price for parts replacement, but for unsure faults, we will give free inspection and free quotation after examining the faulty laptop or PC. We can’t charge you a fixed price irrespective of the degree of the fault. That is not fair on you. One thing we could assure you that the labour cost is fixed for each repair regardless of hours involved in your computer.
